Hello!

I am Bhawana Singh Parihar, an artist.

I am a Fine Artist, a Jewelry Designer, an Educator, a Certified Hand Embroidery Artist, a Textile Artist and now an Author. I was the founder and secretary of Dooshalaa Foundation, where I helped and taught women. (action button for read more)

I am an Hand Embroidery Artisan Card Holder, Fine Art Artist Embroidery and Jewellery Designer working as freelancer and teacher at Dooshalaa Foundation. After completing Diploma In Jewellery Design, I received opportunity to work with Fab India and Fashion designer Anita Dongre in Textiles, Fashion and Hand Embroidery.

Bhakoshaa an Ethical brand of Non Profit Organization named Dooshalaa Foundation which focuses on the goal Showcasing designers that pride themselves on aesthetics as much as their ethics, the website will present sustainable fashion in a fresh and innovative way. It emphasis on Organic, Recycled, Eco-friendly, Handmade and Small Scale Production. Bhakoshaa through Dooshalaa Foundation aim :1) to provide livelihood creation for artisans in the textile sector 2)through a series of skills development/product generation projects specifically for women Victims of our society( Domestic Violence, Raped, Acid Attacked, Abused by Drunk Husband, Widow, Divorce, Forced to abort Girl fetus, Dowry victims, Illiterate etc.) 3)to use these networks to organize and support community-based social/infrastructure development for improved quality of life (Organic Farming, Handloom,water treatment, health, education, renewable energy), and 4) to develop a network within India for ongoing skills training coupled with educational/market training so that the products generated have true market value.

Dooshalaa foundation (NGO) work to Uplift and Promote Women Handicraft and Artisan clusters in Rajasthan. We organised Educational Program for Women Victims of our Society who are very sharp in Handicraft work but don't know their Rights or Selling products. Now Recently we have started a Free Tailoring and Hand Embroidery class for Poor women who do hard laboring work like carrying stones and Building materials.

After working in different fields of Research in Art, Craft, Culture and Jewelry of different Caste in villages, while conducting workshops over there,I have started working independently as artist, educating illiterate women in Hand embroidery, educating poor children in painting and writing book on healthy and lot fat recopies.
